Arrival

Your rooms and suites are ready at 3.00 pm on the day of arrival. Please sign in at the reception. Then you obtain your keycards and further holiday information. 

 

Departure

Please leave your rooms until 10.00 am on the day of departure. To avoid inconveniences after your holidays, please leave your room tidy and inform us about any defects on your room. Damages, which are undisclosed, we venture to debit your credit card with repaire costs or cleaning charges. 

 

Prices

Our prices are per person and per day including breakfast buffet and all taxes. The prices are effective from the given optimal occupancy. Each furhter person in the room or suite gets a reduced price (on request).

 

Pets

Upon consultation with the hotel your pets are also welcome in Hotel Die Barbara. For additional cleaning effort we have to charge € 10.00 per day. Pets are not allowed in the breakfast room or in the spa area.

 

Massages

You can book massages at the reception of Hotel Die Barbara. Please pay the booked massage directly at your masseuse. If you´re not able to keep the massage appointment, please let us know as early as possible. In case of not appaering to the booked date, we have to charge a cancellation fee.  

 

Reservation

Reservations are just accepted in written form. Please address your reservation to  info@diebarbara.at. You will obtain a confirmation of our hotel. To fix the reservation please inform us about your mobile phone number and your credit card number with expiration date. Only then your reservation is finally closed.

 

Cancellation

In case of cancellation Austrian hotel terms and conditions apply and are just valid in written form. 

• For cancellation up to 3 months before arrival there are no charges.
• For cancellation up to 1 month before arrival we charge 40% of the total amount.
• For cancellation up to 7 days before arrival we charge 70% of the total amount.
• For cancellation up to 1 day before arrival we charge 90% of the total amount.
• In case of no-show we charge 100% of the total amount.

 

 

Travel insurance

To avoid problems and costs for any cancellation we recommend to take out a travel insurance. Book HERE!

 

Payment

You can settle you bill until 10.00 am on day of arrival or also on the day before. If possible please pay in cash. We accept also EC-card, VISA or Mastercard.
